At this point in time during the 2023 NFL regular season, the San Francisco 49ers and Philadelphia Eagles are looking like the two best teams in the league, with both teams fully aware that they’ll likely have to face off in the NFL playoffs once again in order to advance to the Super Bowl.

In Week 13, these two NFC heavyweights will go head-to-head in an epic showdown, which will be a statement game for both teams, with the winner likely to have bragging rights as the team to beat moving forward.

With the season coming down to this final stretch, teams and players start to ramp up the trash-talk, and that appears to be exactly what is happening ahead of the clash between the 49ers and Eagles.

There appears to be some bad blood brewing between these two NFC teams, with 49ers star Deebo Samuel addressing some of the things being said by Haason Reddick of the Eagles on “Up & Adams” with Kay Adams.

Along with the winner of this epic showdown getting bragging rights and the distinction as arguably the best team in the league, it appears some players will not be taking this game lightly, with Reddick and Samuel being players to watch on Sunday.

It could be argued that this game will be more important to the 49ers than the Eagles, as they’ll look to avenge their loss in the NFC Championship Game while also trying to prove they can contend with Philadelphia ahead of the NFL playoffs.
