To retrieve the piece, she seeks the assistance of a lawyer, Randol Schoenberg who makes a claim to the art restitution in Australia urging them to return the painting but to no avail as the authorities in question are unwilling to part with it. Later, Schoenberg notices a legal loophole and decides to put it to use which he files a claim against the Austrian government to the United States court for retrieving the painting. After an arduous legal battle, will they be able to get hold of it?
